How much does an emblem cost?

The launch price is $158 USD, reduced from $178. All products ship free. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

How long does it take?

The first artwork proof is prepared within 3 calendar days after complete details and a usable photo are received. Production takes approximately 15 calendar days after artwork approval and fitment confirmation. Revisions take additional time. Delivery to the United States takes approximately 7–12 calendar days after dispatch.

Can I change the design?

Unlimited design revisions are included at no extra charge before approval. You review the artwork before production begins.

Can I cancel?

You may cancel for a full refund before production begins, including after artwork approval if production has not yet started. Once the final design is approved, fitment is confirmed and production has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

What if the item is damaged or incorrect?

Contact support@kilnwardauto.com with your order number and photographs. Damage, an incorrect item or a significant difference from the approved artwork may qualify for a remake or refund.

Will it fit my vehicle?

Every application receives an individual fitment review. We may request mounting-area photographs or measurements before confirming a suitable option.

What materials and process do you use?

Hand-shaped metal wire, mineral-based enamel color material, low-temperature curing and a surface sealing layer.

Are all images real product photographs?

Workshop images show real handwork. Design studies and retouched previews are identified separately. Final artwork, colors and dimensions are confirmed individually.

Can I order now?

Yes. Our custom emblems are now available to order. Enter your vehicle details and intended placement on the customization page, then add to cart and complete checkout. You may upload a photo now or send it later; a photo is not required to place your order. After you order, our team will email you to collect any missing photo or design information. Colours and other design preferences are optional. We will email your design preview within 3 calendar days after receiving complete details and a usable photo. Production begins after your approval and fitment confirmation.

What kind of photo should I use for my custom pet car emblem?

A clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face and distinctive markings works best. You can upload it when you order or choose to send it later.

Can I include my pet’s name or choose the colors?

Yes. You can add optional lettering and share your preferred colors when you personalize your emblem. You’ll review the design proof before production begins.
