Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to kilnwardauto.com and custom emblem purchases from KILNWARD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted. Provide accurate contact, delivery, photograph and vehicle details. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, submit content you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the website.

Custom products and artwork

Your emblem is designed using your pet photograph or design reference and the preferences you provide. Your first artwork proof is normally prepared within 3 calendar days after we receive complete details and a usable photo or design reference. Unlimited design revisions are included at no extra charge before final approval. Revision time is additional.

Review the portrait, name, spelling, colors and design details carefully before approval. Production begins only after final artwork approval and fitment confirmation. We will discuss requests that change the scope of your design before proceeding.

Photographs and screen displays can represent colors differently. Design studies and retouched previews are identified on the website; final specifications are confirmed individually. Minor handwork variations do not remove your right to a remedy for a damaged or incorrect item or a significant difference from the approved artwork.

Vehicle fitment and installation

Compatibility is reviewed individually for your vehicle and intended placement. We may request photographs, measurements and information about the existing mounting area. Selecting a vehicle on the website does not confirm fitment.

Follow the installation guidance provided for your confirmed application. Do not fit an emblem where it could interfere with an airbag, camera, sensor or other safety equipment. Contact us if any mounting detail is uncertain before installation.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The current custom pet emblem price is $158 USD, with a regular price of $178. All products ship free. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown when your order is placed applies to that order.

Payment is made using the methods available at checkout. A design inquiry alone is not an order and does not take payment. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil a paid order and arrange a refund when the order cannot proceed.

If a price or product information error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Production normally takes approximately 15 calendar days after artwork approval and fitment confirmation. Delivery to the United States normally takes approximately 7–12 calendar days after dispatch. These are separate stages; design review and revisions may add time.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier or customs delays. We will communicate material changes to the expected schedule. See our Shipping Policy for details, and contact us if your parcel is delayed or missing.

Changes, cancellations and problems

You may cancel for a full refund before production begins, including after artwork approval if production has not yet started. Once the final design is approved, fitment is confirmed and production has started, we no longer accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or differs significantly from the approved artwork, contact support@kilnwardauto.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remake or refund. Contact us before sending a return.

These terms do not exclude any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Your photographs and content

Order photos, design references and vehicle details are order content, separate from voluntary Feedback. You retain rights you hold in the photographs and other content you submit. You confirm that you have permission to provide them and authorize us and the service providers involved in your commission to use them to prepare the artwork, make and deliver the product and provide support.

Public marketing use of your submitted photographs or commissioned artwork requires separate permission. Our website content, branding and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Shopify and third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment and delivery providers may apply their own service terms and privacy notices. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. Links to other websites do not make us responsible for their content or services.

Responsibility and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern about an order, contact us so we can work toward a resolution. Your rights to use applicable consumer complaint or legal processes remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of an existing order without your agreement, except where required by law.
